Hi! I'm Idil, a recent master's graduate in Informatics (Computer Science) at Technical University of Munich (TUM). I previously obtained my bachelor's in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU), Ankara. My interests broadly include computer vision and deep learning. Through my master's degree, I worked on self-supervised vehicle control at TUM Computer Vision Group under Prof. Daniel Cremers. I completed my master's thesis on zero-shot learning and 3D object part understanding at TUM CAMP Chair under PD Dr. Federico Tombari.

[Apr. 2024] I gave a talk on “Learning Vision Based Autonomous Lateral Vehicle Control without Supervision” with Melis Ocal to ATS Research group at Scania.
[Mar. 2024] I have been accepted to MIT Summer Geometry Initiative as an SGI Fellow.
[Feb. 2024] I am now a Computer Vision Engineer Intern at Deltia.
[Jan. 2024] I served as a reviewer for CVPR 2024.
